The folder contains 14 colour drawings of Sarakatsan embroidery on millimeter paper. It is accompanied by a book of articles on the Sarakatsans, their costumes and embroidery, as well as photographs of the clothes from which the designs were selected, with explanations of the details of the various stitches used, the designs and their technical names.

This is a valuable account of the art of embroidery among the Sarakatsans, allowing those interested to reproduce some of their masterpieces of design.
